In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues with empathy, and a solution-driven mindset. You will play a key role in supporting customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting our health plans and services. As a Reliance Care Officer, you will do the following: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints while maintaining a friendly and professional tone. Provide accurate and relevant information to prospective clients to guide them in selecting suitable health plans. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow through to ensure resolution and client satisfaction. Accurately record and update customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions in the internal communication system. Support customer acquisition efforts by engaging inbound prospects and encouraging them to purchase health insurance products or utilize company services.
