Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication. Review and process benefit inquiries and claims accurately. Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve benefit-related issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health plan policies and regulations. Educate clients on preventive care and wellness programs. Document interactions and maintain detailed records in our systems. Support team initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and engagement. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in health insurance or benefits administration. Strong understanding of health plan benefits and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others. Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus. This is a remote position.
