Job Description

We are looking for an experienced real estate professional to join our team in a high-impact, part-time role focused on two things: • Building strong relationships with real estate agents and helping them grow their business • Converting inbound buyer leads into qualified opportunities This is not a traditional Realtor role. You will not be representing buyers or taking listings. Instead, you will act as a trusted advisor and relationship builder who helps drive conversations, activate agent databases, and move buyers forward in the process. What You’ll Do Agent Side: • Take scheduled “talk shop” calls with real estate agents • Present our system, process, and value to agents • Build relationships and position us as a long-term partner • Help agents activate their database and identify opportunities • Guide agents on how to convert more of their existing leads • Stay in regular contact to strengthen partnerships Buyer Side: • Take initial calls with inbound internet leads • Ask questions, understand goals, and build rapport • Educate buyers on the home buying process (non-loan specific) • Warm up and qualify leads before handoff • Transition qualified buyers to our internal team for financing What This Role Is Not • You will not represent buyers or take listings • You will not discuss loan products, rates, or approvals • You are not acting as a lender or loan officer Requirements • Active or inactive real estate license • Minimum 10 years of real estate experience • Strong understanding of buyer psychology and agent workflows • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Confident speaking with both agents and consumers • Ability to guide conversations and create momentum • Experience coaching or mentoring agents is a strong plus What We’re Looking For • Someone who can sell the vision and get agents excited to work with us • A natural relationship builder who builds trust quickly • Someone who can move conversations toward action, not just talk • A professional who understands how to activate dormant leads • High energy, organized, and consistent Compensation • $18–$30/hour + performance bonuses • Part-time, remote position • Top performers in this role typically earn $2,000–$3,500/month including bonuses Bonuses are tied to: • Agent activation • Lead conversion • Pipeline generation Why This Role Matters This role sits at the center of our growth.
