We Are Hiring Location: Partially remote with expectation of routine on-site hospital visits. Indiana residence is required. Schedule: Day shift | Full-time Salary: $118,129.00 - $159,821.00 per year Eligible for annual bonus incentive #LI-KC1 What You Will Do Provide oversight for infection control across 18 hospitals, including crisis management and standardization of processes. Validate data, analyze reports, and maintain timely communication via email. Ensure team competency and stay current with market and national developments in infection control. Guide and manage the infection control team. Round at various hospitals and elevate critical needs to senior leadership. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Certification specializing in Infection Control credentialed from the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc. (CBIC) obtained within 12 months of hire date or job transfer date required. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. Additional Preferences Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date BSN minimum CIC certification 5+ years acute care hospital infection prevention experience Experience leading and managing staff, presenting to hospital executive teams, facilitating meetings, and writing policies, procedures, and protocols.
