We're dedicated to creating a workplace where our employees can grow, learn, and thrive. **Job Responsibilities** As a Swedish speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries * Utilizing various tools to navigate, research, and evaluate solutions, and communicating effectively with clients * Working collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and objectives * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, emails, and phone calls * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences **Work Schedule** This position requires working variable hours to meet customer demand, including day shifts, late evenings, and weekends. You will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with schedules acknowledged 6 weeks in advance to ensure you can plan your personal life accordingly.
