We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. Our team is comprised of talented professionals from diverse backgrounds, and we are committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. **Job Overview** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for leading special projects to drive finance improvements and integrations across multiple teams, performing risk assessments and process analyses to identify proactive risk identification, developing, modifying, and maintaining the operational and design effectiveness of finance processes and controls, participating in the SOX 302 quarterly certifications process, providing guidance on Controllership-related matters to Finance partners, and collaborating with teams across IT, HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure best practices are followed and implemented. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead special projects to drive finance improvements and integrations across multiple teams * Perform risk assessments and process analyses to identify proactive risk identification * Develop, modify, and maintain the operational and design effectiveness of finance processes and controls * Participate in the SOX 302 quarterly certifications process * Provide guidance on Controllership-related matters to Finance partners * Collaborate with teams across IT, HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure best practices are followed and implemented * Develop and maintain accurate and efficient data entry processes * Analyze and resolve data entry discrepancies and errors * Provide training and support to team members on data entry processes and procedures **Requirements** * BS/BA degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or related field * 4+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with project management experience * Experience in internal controls design or implementation * Ability to manage multiple competing needs simultaneously * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Big 4 or similar audit/business controls experience * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas) * Experience with data entry software and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with processing payroll and validating payroll input through output * Controllership background and prior internal audit experience would be an asset * Experience with data analytics and reporting tools * Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance **What We Offer** * A competitive salary of $35/hour * Remote work opportunities * The chance to work with a global team * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Collaborative and inclusive company culture **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry and process improvement, we encourage you to apply. arenaflex is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
