In this dynamic role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Foodservice customers, ensuring their equipment service needs are met with excellence. **What You'll Do For Us** As a Customer Operations Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Serving as a primary customer ambassador, diagnosing service issues and business needs, and implementing programs to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Providing timely updates to stakeholders, troubleshooting operational issues, and communicating crucial information to key decision-makers to ensure seamless execution of projects. * Coordinating logistical details for closures, relocations, and remodels, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. * Monitoring and tracking all activity in our systems, including Thirsty and QuickBase, to ensure that customer expectations are met and service levels are maintained. * Scheduling installations, exchanges, buy-backs, and removals using our information systems, ensuring that customer expectations are met and service levels are maintained. * Researching and resolving customer issues using information systems, providing prompt service and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. * Confirming service details with customers, including follow-ups and order confirmations, to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships. * Managing the sourcing and delivery of assets and parts using our systems, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. * Handling inquiries and feedback diligently, documenting in our database tools to improve service performance and drive continuous improvement. * Establishing partnerships with customers, clients, and third-party service providers to achieve shared goals and drive business growth. * Processing and expediting orders while effectively communicating demand for products or services to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. **Qualifications & Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma, GED, or an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. * 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a call center, sales, or sales support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support. * Superior communication and exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, clients, and third-party service providers. * Proficiency with technical software applications, including CRM systems and project management tools. * In-depth knowledge of Account Management, stewardship techniques, and continuity of supply, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. * Excellent problem-solving acumen and leadership capabilities, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments. * Familiarity with distributor/distribution policies and supplier fulfillment capabilities, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **What We Can Do For You** At arenaflex, we offer a range of benefits and opportunities to support your career growth and development.
