As a Technical Project Manager at arenaflex, you'll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that's passionate about delivering world-class onboarding experiences for our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Technical Project Manager - Customer Onboarding at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence in our customer onboarding process. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing, managing, and continuously improving onboarding project plans and status trackers across MTA and MMM implementations * Owning timeline management and progress tracking across onboarding workstreams, ensuring milestones are met and customers are informed * Collaborating with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Professional Services, to keep projects on track * Leading customer-facing onboarding status calls, bringing in internal experts as needed to provide technical details and ensure customer satisfaction * Managing all customer communications related to project timelines, status updates, and open items, ensuring transparency and trust * Aligning onboarding timelines with customer teams based on their internal resourcing and priorities, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience * Proactively identifying and escalating risks or blockers, maintaining momentum and ensuring project delivery * Designing and refining systems, workflows, and documentation to support scalable, high-quality onboarding, continuously improving our processes and procedures **Ideal Candidate** We're looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a customer-facing focus, who has: * 2-5 years of experience in a technical project management role, with a customer-facing focus * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations with customers and internal stakeholders * Comfortable working with technical products, asking clarifying questions, and navigating ambiguity * Excited to build and improve systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment * Collaborative team player with experience working across functions and departments * Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills required, with experience in project management tools and software a plus * Martech or adtech experience is highly desirable, but not required **Why Join arenaflex?** By joining arenaflex, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to pushing the boundaries of marketing technology.
