Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Benefit Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely information about their healthcare and pension benefits * Accurately explaining healthcare and pension benefit information in simple terms, using internal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries * Maintaining confidentiality and upholding HIPAA and data security standards, ensuring the protection of sensitive client information * Collaborating with teammates and leadership to meet service standards, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer service * Utilizing internal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or GED * Previous call center or customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare or pension benefits industry * Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients * Bilingual speakers (Spanish or French) can earn an additional $0.75/hr * A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on empathy and understanding **What We Offer** As a Remote Benefit Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect: * A competitive pay range of $16.50 - $18.75/hr, based on location * Full-time hours during peak season (40 hours/week), with possible overtime available * Off-season hours may range between 32-40 hours/week, with no weekends! * Dental, health, and vision insurance benefits, ensuring your well-being and peace of mind * Opportunities for career growth and development, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with access to a range of tools and resources to support your success.
