You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and make a measurable impact on our business. **Key Responsibilities** ### Customer Insights & Strategy * Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to uncover actionable insights. * Lead deep-dive analytics projects that influence strategic decisions and unlock competitive advantages. * Translate complex data into compelling stories and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences. ### Modeling & Machine Learning * Design and implement machine learning models to support personalization, segmentation, and predictive analytics. * Build sentiment analysis models using text data (e.g., reviews, surveys) to enhance customer experience. * Develop affinity models across product, brand, category, and channel to drive tailored content and communications. ### Data Visualization & Reporting * Create dashboards and automated tools to monitor key metrics and identify trends or anomalies. * Develop reports that evaluate marketing program performance and highlight opportunities for optimization. ### Collaboration & Innovation * Partner with business leaders to identify analytical opportunities and solve complex problems. * Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, impactful way. * Foster a data-driven culture by making data accessible and actionable across the organization. **Essential Qualifications** ### Core Data Science Skills * Statistical Analysis & Probability: Strong grasp of distributions, hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling. * Machine Learning: Experience with supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and tuning. * Data Wrangling & Visualization: Proficiency with tools like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly. ### Programming & Tools * SQL: Advanced skills in querying structured data, especially in BigQuery. * Python: Expertise in Python and libraries such as transformers, datasets, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. * Version Control: Familiarity with Git and GitHub for collaborative development. ### Cloud & BI Platforms * Experience with Google Cloud Platform or Azure for deploying and scaling ML/GenAI models. * Knowledge of MicroStrategy and creating reports in Dossier. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering). * Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems. * Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms and infrastructure. **Soft Skills** * Strong verbal communication skills for diverse audiences. * Ability to simplify complex data into clear visualizations and business-friendly language. * Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. **Perks and Benefits** At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Your Sole Well-Being: Our benefits package is crafted with our associates in mind!
