As part of arenaflex's broader mission to be Earth's most customer-centric company, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through innovative technologies. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Serving as the primary post-sale contact for fulfillment centers using arenaflex solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance * Monitoring system performance, usage trends, and operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement * Partnering with technical support teams to resolve issues and prevent future problems, leveraging data insights and customer feedback * Delivering onboarding, training, and continuous education to customers, empowering them to maximize the value derived from our automated systems * Building strong cross-functional relationships with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement * Documenting success plans and contributing feedback to the product and engineering teams for continuous innovation * Proactively addressing technical and operational challenges, helping develop support processes, and guiding continuous improvement strategies **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or operations, with a strong understanding of robotic systems, supply chain processes, or industrial automation * Proven experience managing client or stakeholder relationships, with exceptional communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills * Authorization to work in the United States * Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate: * Experience working with robotic systems, supply chain processes, or industrial automation * Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques * Familiarity with arenaflex's robotic solutions and technologies * Certification in customer success, account management, or operations **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams * Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions * Data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform business decisions * Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
