Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a REMOTE WORK setting. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. If you're a self-motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for professional development and growth, we want to hear from you! About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service to union members, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns about benefits and services. Educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions. Handling sales inquiries and providing information about additional benefits, only if the customer desires to opt-in. Working closely with our team to resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Staying up-to-date on benefits and services, ensuring you're always equipped to provide accurate and helpful information to our members. Requirements for Consideration To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: Flexible hours to accommodate our REMOTE WORK setup. Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus, but not required). MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA.
