As a Customer Service Advocate I, you'll be part of a collaborative and inclusive environment that values diversity, creativity, and growth. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Advocate I, you'll be responsible for: * Providing timely, accurate, and personalized support to members and providers through various communication channels, including phone, live chats, and emails * Resolving routine complaints and inquiries in a proactive and efficient manner, minimizing the need for escalation * Serving as the front-line resolution advocate for member and provider inquiries, requests, or concerns * Communicating effectively with members and providers to understand their needs, assess their concerns, and determine the best course of action * Maintaining performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics * Documenting all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications * Staying up-to-date with quality standards, regulations, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance * Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and drive business results **Essential Qualifications** * High School diploma or GED required * Entry-level position with little or no previous experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced contact center environment * Proficiency in using multiple systems and programs simultaneously (experience preferred) * Bilingual in Korean (required) **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Familiarity with CRM applications and contact center software * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a remote, hybrid, or office environment **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in using multiple systems and programs simultaneously * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
