This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Boeing Global Services (BGS) team, supporting multiple current and future arenaflex programs. As a Customer Technical Training Specialist, you'll play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and teaching a variety of Boeing aircraft composite repair courses. You'll work closely with our instructors and subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training programs that meet the needs of our customers. We're committed to creating a workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, and collaboration, and we're proud to be an equal opportunities employer. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Technical Training Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Identifying and defining customer technical training needs and requirements * Developing technical training proposals and evaluating training objectives, content, design, and technologies * Using specialized software technology to research, develop, and modify new and existing media and materials * Preparing lesson plans and instructing participants in composite repair and aircraft maintenance courses * Researching, developing, delivering, and evaluating the effectiveness of standard technical training * Supporting the development and documentation of training standards and specifications **Key Skills and Qualifications** * Prepreg and wet layup composite sandwich repair * Bagging and curing – hot bonder * Composite damage removal, including taper sanding * Experience interpreting commercial technical data, including drawings, maintenance and operations manuals, and Boeing Structural Repair manuals * Some experience conducting technical training and/or performing instructional system development * Training development and composite non-destructive testing * Composite material ordering and storage * Composite repair lab development and maintenance * Software skills – PowerPoint **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
