Now, we're seeking an exceptional Customer Site Specialist to join our team in Texas, ideally in the Abilene area. As a key member of our Jenbacher Engine business, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the timely and smooth execution of construction activities, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Site Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Participating in the creation of schedules and tracking deadlines, highlighting time-critical processes and developing acceleration measures in close coordination with project management, schedulers, subcontractors, and internal departments. * Resource planning for the timely and deadline-oriented implementation of the execution phase, ensuring that all necessary resources are allocated efficiently. * Assembly management and supervision, including regular execution progress checks and reporting to the project manager, to ensure that all assembly activities are completed on time and to the required quality standards. * Site documentation and correspondence, including the creation and maintenance of documentation accompanying execution, such as delivery notes, measurement protocols, assembly protocols, approvals, and other relevant documents. * Material management on the execution site, as well as in interim or customer storage areas, to ensure that all necessary materials are available when needed. * Monitoring and enforcement of construction site safety in close coordination with the client's safety and health coordinator (EHS), to ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the site remains a safe working environment. * Providing site equipment, including forklifts, work platforms, scaffolding, tools, and consumables such as oil, urea, coolant, and other essential items. * Verifying readiness for installation, inspecting access routes, checking storage areas, examining and approving foundations, and measuring installation positions to ensure that all necessary preparations are complete. * Supervising and monitoring the positioning and alignment of BOP parts, including the final assembly of internal piping and wiring, to ensure that all components are properly installed and functioning as required. * Monitoring the professional and timely implementation, as well as contract-compliant execution, of the scope of services and supplies by subcontractors, to ensure that all work is completed to the required standards. * Supervising and monitoring the establishment of commissioning readiness of plant components and systems, including ensuring the proper cleaning of plant components, leak testing, and pressure testing, to ensure that all systems are functioning as required. * Coordinating commissioning activities, including customer meetings and other relevant tasks, in close collaboration with the commissioning team. **Qualification Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical) or a related field. * Commercial and business management understanding, including experience in site management for power plant execution, including material management. * Experience with products from arenaflex and plant components, including a strong understanding of the technical requirements and specifications. * A performance-oriented personality, with a strong ability to problem-solve and think critically. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, from construction site workers to executive-level personnel. * Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * A team player with strong ability to motivate and lead others, with a self-starter mentality and the ability to work independently. * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 90% (around the world), with a valid passport and the ability to obtain any necessary visas. **What We Offer:** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
