You'll be working independently, but as part of a team, to provide exceptional customer support and drive customer satisfaction. **Contract Length and Rate** We offer a flexible contract with no fixed term, allowing you to work as much or as little as you like. Our hourly rate is $35, and we require a minimum of 10+ hours of availability per week. **Skills and Background** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) * The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions * 10+ hours of availability per week * A reliable internet connection * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * A passion for customer service and a knack for building strong relationships **Hours and Location** We're a remote work online company, and we prefer candidates from the United States.
