We take pride in our supportive and friendly atmosphere, where every team member feels valued and empowered to excel in their role. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Welcoming patients in person and over the phone, maintaining patient charts, processing patient orders, creating delivery tickets, and coordinating scheduling. * Working one on one with patients to educate them on the uses and directions of prescribed medical equipment and supplies. * Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other referral sources to ensure excellent patient care. * Completing intake, insurance verification, and determining charges and coverage for service/product requested. * Collecting co-pays and inputting payment data. * Collecting compliant medical documentation for insurance invoices. * Maintaining work operations by following company policies and procedures. **Essential Qualifications** * High School diploma or equivalent (Required) * Excellent phone and customer service skills (Required) * Strong Communication skills (Required) * Two years of HME/DME experience and knowledge of medical terminology (Preferred) * Previous data entry experience (Preferred) * Health Insurance * Employee Recognition Program * Family Friendly Atmosphere **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in insurance verification, prior authorization, billing, and medical office settings * Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billing procedures * Experience working with CPAP and Oxygen equipment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data entry and software applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in the growth and development of our team members.
