As a remote (flexible hours) Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, setting your own schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday. **Role Highlights** * Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour * Receive a $310 certification bonus for completing our fast 20-hour certification program * Enjoy a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available (must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify) * Build your own schedule with flexible hours, with a minimum requirement of 30 hours per week * Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) who will support and advocate for you **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer support and assistance to TurboTax customers via phone, email, or chat * Answering customer questions and concerns related to TurboTax products and tax return software, including Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing, and basic Tax questions * Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner * Collaborating with SMEs and MPS to ensure seamless customer experiences and continuous improvement * Participating in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance your knowledge and skills **Required Experience & Skills** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * A strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically * The ability to understand and empathize with customer needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service * Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and online platforms * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * A positive and customer-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences **Preferred Qualifications** While prior experience in accounting or tax preparation is not required, we welcome candidates with a background in customer service, sales, or a related field.
