As a Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for responding to customer product inquiries, issues, or malfunctions via telephone or chat sessions. You will troubleshoot customer concerns, document customer information, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a remote opportunity, and you will be required to travel to a Veterans Affairs Office to complete the necessary paperwork and obtain a PIV (Personal Identification Verification) card. **Responsibilities** As a Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities may include: * Responding to customer product inquiries, issues, or malfunctions via telephone or chat sessions * Troubleshooting customer concerns, issues raised during training, product use, or malfunctioning products, and/or software applications and recommending corrective action * Interpersonal skills and product knowledge are critical to responding and troubleshooting to customer inquiries * Documenting customer information, troubleshooting, and/or recurring product issues to support product quality programs and product development * Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to customers * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills **Key Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues * Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems and chat platforms * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively * Bi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (or other languages as required) * Ability to travel to a Veterans Affairs Office to complete the necessary paperwork and obtain a PIV (Personal Identification Verification) card **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you will be working from home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work environment. arenaflex is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
