Our online education solutions are designed to provide students with a high-quality, personalized education experience that encourages discovery, creativity, and critical thinking. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced CRE Teacher Touch Systems Data Entry Specialist to join our team of passionate educators. As a CRE Teacher Touch Systems Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering specific course content in an online environment, providing instruction, support, and guidance to students, and monitoring student progress through our learning management system. You'll also work actively with students and parents to advance each student's learning and develop and monitor a plan for post-secondary success. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide rich and engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students * Commit to personalizing learning for all students * Demonstrate a belief in all students' ability to succeed and meet high expectations * Differentiate instruction based on student level of mastery * Augment course content according to prescribed policies and procedures using appropriate asynchronous and synchronous tools under guidance from principal and coach * Maintain grade book ensuring student academic integrity, makes student placement and promotion decisions, and alerts administrators to concerns about student performance and progress * Prepare students for high stakes standardized tests * Understand that a primary responsibility is to establish and maintain positive rapport with families and regularly communicates with and responds to students and learning coaches/parents in a timely manner * Supports learning coaches/parents with student curricular and instructional issues, as well as basic troubleshooting in a virtual classroom environment that is in line with academy policies and procedures * Maintains and effectively applies knowledge of the State, National, and Industry Specific learning standards * Develops effective instructional tools and strategies to supplement and enhance provided curriculum * Collaborates regularly with the school and national professional learning community * Administers and proctor's certification assessments where applicable * Serves as an Advisor for Career & Technical Student Organization * Supports CTE Program Coordinator/school/program with creating business and industry partnerships to help navigate work-based learning experiences for students * Supports a project-based learning model * Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for face-to-face professional development, student testing, and/or as required by the school **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree * Active state teaching license * Ability to clear required background check * Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers to interpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data, and use it to drive instructional decisions * Receptive to receiving coaching regularly with administrators and teacher trainers * Ability to embrace change and adapt to ensure excellent student outcomes * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint * Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms * Ability to maintain teacher certification/professional development hours and fluency in arenaflex systems, programs, and curriculum **Desired Qualifications** * Experience working with proposed age group * Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology * Experience teaching in an online (virtual) and/or in a brick-and-mortar environment * Experience with online learning platforms **Work Environment** * This is a virtual position * Ability to work independently, typically 40+ hours per week * Ability to maintain a professional home office without distraction during workday, typically 9-5 (or 8-4) or as defined by the school **Compensation and Benefits** * Base salary of $49,000 * Eligibility for a performance bonus * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development **How to Apply** If you're a passionate educator who's committed to making a difference in the lives of students and families, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
