If you're a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Job Summary** We're seeking a Data Entry Supervisor to oversee the activities of our Data Entry department and ensure accurate and timely processing of customer information. As a Data Entry Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Data Entry Specialists, coordinating projects with our manager, and reviewing daily processes to streamline and improve day-to-day tasks and duties. You will also be responsible for handling department issues, developing personal and co-worker's job roles via training and conference opportunities, and identifying ways to improve customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the activities of the Data Entry department and ensure accurate and timely processing of customer information * Coordinate projects with manager for review and discussion * Review daily processes to streamline and improve day-to-day tasks and duties, assuring customer satisfaction * Handle department issues to assure the department remains professional and all work is completed as scheduled * Continually develop personal and co-worker's job roles via training and conference opportunities offered * Identify ways to improve customer satisfaction * Meet weekly and/or bi-monthly with manager to assess needs * Attend meetings or travel to meetings to train on behalf of the Data Entry team, representing them in a positive and professional manner * Oversee and perform all duties of Data Entry Specialist, as needed (see DES job description for details) * Ensure all new Data Entry personnel are properly trained on procedures for work orders, agreements, reports, etc. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required * Two years related experience/training in alarm monitoring or order entry is preferred * Previous team management or supervisory experience preferred * Strong attention to detail * Strong Communication skills, both written and spoken * Ability to interpret notes in accounts and instructions given * Ability to multi-task and problem solve * Work cohesively in a team environment * Exceptional organizational, problem solving, and attention to detail skills * Be able to work efficiently and accurately on your own * Flourish in a fast-paced, ever-changing, work environment * Exceptional commitment to your attendance is required **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field * Experience with multiple software programs * Strong leadership and management skills * Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **What's In It for You** * Competitive salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + Medical Insurance + Life Insurance + Dental Insurance + Vision Insurance + Paid Vacation + Paid Holidays + 401K/403b Plan * Opportunities for career growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Professional development opportunities, including training and conference attendance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
