Our AI-Powered talent experience platform, TXM, is designed to help businesses find the right talent and make every moment count. **Job Summary** As a Customer Value Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with our customers globally to drive adoption and usage of our TXM platform. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and develop strategies to drive value, retention, and growth. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business impact, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver business impact, innovation, and relevant value for customers by understanding their key business objectives, challenges, and opportunities * Drive value of deployed solutions for all customers in your portfolio by driving retention and providing recommendations to optimization adoption and use of the TXM platform * Educate customers on new product capabilities and position value propositions * Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop connections ensuring a smooth customer journey * Oversee key stakeholder relationships post-signature and own and drive these relationships post-go live * Create success and adoption plans following sales handover to understand and define expectations for partnerships * Oversee Champions training and certification, and deliver persona-based end user training * Host regular office hours for end users through go live and oversee early adoption period and metrics **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success/Customer Value Manager role within SaaS space * Experience using technology, metrics, and reporting to manage a customer support function * Ability to have value-based conversations with business executives and key clients * Experience managing products, product offerings, and customer experience with products * Strong organizational and project management skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with AI-Powered talent experience platforms * Knowledge of HR tech industry trends and best practices * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Ability to analyze customer data and develop strategies to drive value and growth * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders * Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and creativity **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
