Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional support and expertise, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our mission. **Job Summary** As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support and solutions to our customers and partners in the agricultural industry. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, develop common solutions, and maintain accurate customer information. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention, you'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide information and solutions as front-line support to channel partners, customers, and company personnel on product-related inquiries, moderately complex policies, issues, and concerns to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. * Effectively document customer, dealer, and/or company personnel interactions and issues relating to area of responsibility. * Develop common solutions to problems with team members to maintain required service levels. * Maintain the accuracy and availability of customer-related information online. * Assist in the promotion of arenaflex products, services, and programs through special program offerings, special mailings, and proactive user contact. * Negotiate with customers, dealers, and company personnel to provide the proper policy execution and adequate resolution. * Provide support via multiple channels (telephone, email, and chat) while effectively documenting each interaction within the DTAC/CCMS system. * Create and maintain support tools/solutions available online. **Essential Qualifications** * Fluency in Russian and English * 6+ months of experience in customer service/support * High comfort level and experience with consumer software applications * Strong computer and troubleshooting skills * Ability to work off-shift hours and occasional holidays to support the business * Knowledge of agriculture customers * Prior work experience in Agriculture or Technology dealer channels * Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering-related field, IT, or a similar discipline **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working as a customer support representative in an agricultural environment * Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software **Skills and Competencies** * Interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution * Fluency in Russian and English * Strong computer and troubleshooting skills * Ability to work in a team environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
