We're actively seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and develop, maintain, and build upon foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders in the government and non-profits/foundations sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enabling quality solution delivery and customer health. **About the Role** As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with executives and key stakeholders to understand strategic goals and drive product adoption. You will act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, including meeting preparation and follow-up. Your expertise will be essential in creating and configuring success plans that align use cases with customer objectives, securing renewals, and identifying new revenue opportunities to achieve growth targets. **Responsibilities** • **Build Trusted Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with executives and key stakeholders to understand strategic goals and drive product adoption. • **Client Interaction Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, including meeting preparation and follow-up. • **Success Plan Development**: Create and configure success plans that align use cases with customer objectives. • **Renewal and Growth**: Secure renewals and identify new revenue opportunities to achieve growth targets. • **Issue Escalation and Resolution**: Drive the escalation and resolution of client issues to ensure a positive customer experience. **Minimum Qualifications** • **10+ Years of Experience**: 10+ years of experience managing a book of existing clients as a Customer Success Manager or similar role. • **High-Value Partnership Experience**: 5+ years of experience managing high-value, complex, and strategic partnership accounts. • **Customer-Centric Approach**: Customer-centric with a strong focus on driving customer outcomes and achieving objectives. • **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship management abilities. • **Data-Driven and Organized**: Data-driven, highly organized, and accountable with a strong work ethic. **Preferred Qualifications** • **Public Sector Experience**: Experience working within or as a partner to federal or state government agencies, or within the public sector. • **Laboratory Operations and Diagnostics Experience**: Experience with laboratory operations and/or diagnostics. **What We Offer** • **Competitive Salary**: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $177,000 + bonus + benefits. • **Career Growth Opportunities**: arenaflex offers a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters career growth and development. • **Learning Benefits**: We provide opportunities for professional development and learning, including training programs, mentorship, and access to industry events. • **Diverse and Inclusive Culture**: arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
