As an Experienced Customer Facilitator, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional training experiences that drive business growth, strengthen brand loyalty, and foster a culture of continuous learning. **Job Summary:** We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Facilitator to join our Sales and Customer Training department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs that meet the needs of our customers and employees. Your expertise in adult learning principles, technical training, and facilitation will enable you to create effective training solutions that drive results and exceed expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and develop technical training and content, including technician videos, product-based curriculum, and eLearning development * Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders to identify development needs, skill gaps, and program design requirements * Deliver engaging training programs for customers and employees, focusing on strengthening brand loyalty and facilitating profitable growth * Partner with leadership to stay informed about industry trends, policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives, and technologies * Select or develop teaching aids, such as training handbooks, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference workshops * Conduct training sessions, report on progress, and maintain trainee records * Develop actionable training plans, timelines, and project schedules * Develop and deploy all training materials, ensuring the needs of the business are met * Report key performance indicators (KPIs), strengths, and opportunities on a regular schedule * Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs or to inform management of training program status * Oversee training projects and participate in special assignments as needed **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience * 2+ years of training experience * 5 years of experience leveraging technology for major appliance, HVAC, electrical, and other apartment industry expertise troubleshooting * Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills * Excellent technical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to become proficient in multiple technical systems * Excellent facilitation and coaching skills * Learning agility, ability to 'learn on the fly' **Preferred Qualifications:** * EPA Universal certification **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary range: $59,800.00 - $99,900.00 annually * Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * Opportunity to work remotely from North Carolina, with flexible scheduling and work-life balance **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment * We value collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, and encourage our employees to grow and develop their skills * Our company culture is built on a foundation of respect, empathy, and open communication, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and experienced training professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
