Summary Highstreet IT is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Procurement and Inventory modules to drive large-scale transformation programs. This role requires a strong functional consultant who can lead solution design, engage with business stakeholders, and deliver high-quality implementations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management & Qualification, and Inventory Management, combined with strong consulting and leadership capabilities. You will play a critical role in bridging business requirements with scalable Oracle Cloud solutions while mentoring junior team members and contributing to practice growth. Key Responsibilities β’ Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management & Supplier Qualification, Inventory Management and design scalable and optimized solutions aligned with industry best practices β’ Drive track cadence meeting and stakeholder meetings, configuration, create Lean specs, perform FUT's and solution validation β’ Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into Oracle solutions β’ Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and process owners and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities in P2P lifecycle β’ Lead CRP sessions, demos, and user trainings β’ Own module-level delivery across project lifecycle (Design β Build β Test β Deploy) β’ Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints β’ Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively β’ Support SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization β’ Define integration touchpoints and support execution with technical teams β’ Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts and review deliverables and ensure adherence to best practices β’ Develop accelerators, templates, and reusable assets and support building Highstreet ITβs Oracle SCM practice and go-to-market initiatives Required Experience and Skills β’ 7β12+ years of experience in Oracle SCM β’ Minimum 2β3 end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementations β’ Proven experience in leading module-level delivery β’ Experience working in global consulting environments preferred β’ Strong hands-on expertise in: Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management & Supplier Qualification frameworks, Inventory Management β’ Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes β’ Deep Understanding of data migration and system integrations β’ Good understanding of FBDI templates, REST/SOAP integrations, OTBI and BIP reporting β’ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills and ability to lead workshops and solution discussions independently β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global delivery model
