Location: Ontario Travel Required : As Needed (maximum 6 times a year) BRIEF SUMMARY One of our portfolio companies, is a high-growth, technology-driven organization is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue expansion and strategic customer growth. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales leader with a consultative approach, strong enterprise selling experience, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, expanding market presence, and contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and increase market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales metrics to senior management. Work with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and increase market share through targeted campaigns and innovative marketing strategies. Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide product positioning and promotional activities. Identify and engage potential clients through various channels. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for software sales. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales by overcoming objections and addressing customer concerns. Provide post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction by addressing any issues that may arise. Maintain regular communication with clients to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business. Track sales performance and report on key metrics, including sales forecasts and pipeline management. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned by President. KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS Deep understanding of the software being sold, including features, benefits, and how it compares to competitors. Familiarity with various sales methodologies (e.g., consultative selling, solution selling) to effectively engage potential clients. Basic understanding of technology and software development to communicate effectively with clients and address their technical concerns. Knowledge of industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to better position the product. Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on their needs and fostering trust. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales performance. Efficiently managing time and priorities to maximize productivity and complete objectives within deadlines. Capability to identify and address client pain points through tailored software solutions. Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations that highlight the software's advantages. Ability to handle objections gracefully and find common ground with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft applications. EDUCATION and QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5 years experience in software sales or technology sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
