About the role As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, AI at Bloom Growth, you will design and deliver intelligent systems that power our platform and enhance the customer experience. This role blends fullstack development with a focus on backend and AI systems, building client-facing capabilities that are scalable and reliable. You’ll partner closely with product and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into high-quality engineering outcomes. Your work will directly impact product quality, user experience, and our continued growth. What you'll do Design and deploy scalable AI models and intelligent system features Build and support backend systems powering AI-driven functionality Establish and scale MLOps practices for production AI solutions Partner with product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions Ship iterative improvements using agile methodologies and real-world feedback Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve workflows Maintain high standards for code quality, reliability, and scalability Champion DevOps practices including CI/CD and system monitoring Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of software engineering experience 2+ years building and scaling AI solutions in production Experience developing client-facing AI capabilities Strong backend and data systems experience Hands-on experience with cloud, CI/CD, and containerization Strong communication skills in a remote environment Preferred: Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers Experience with RAG, prompt systems, or AI evaluation frameworks Experience in SaaS or B2B environments Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code) Compensation The expected base salary range for this role is $150,000–$190,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
