They are seeking an Associate for their Middle Office Operations Launch Program, designed to transition recent graduates into professional roles while providing exposure to various aspects of the financial services industry. Responsibilities Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a liaison between clients and prime brokers/counterparties Provide middle and back-office support across a variety of financial products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX Assist in researching and resolving cash, position, and market value reconciliation exceptions Partner with internal teams such as Fund Accounting, OTC Operations, Investor Services, and IT Support wire processing related to management fees, incentive fees, subscriptions/redemptions, and collateral movements Run cash reports and help confirm payments with counterparties Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., digital workers, process automation platforms) to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and enhance accuracy Participate in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows using AI-driven solutions and support ongoing innovation initiatives Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field 0–2 years of experience (recent graduate May 2025 to May 2026.
