Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze customer data to inform business decisions. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills, product knowledge, and technical expertise. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time. Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role. 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as transportation, hospitality, or retail. Proven customer support experience, with a strong track record of resolving customer complaints and issues. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to adapt to different customer personalities and communication styles. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
