Period. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate, you'll be responsible for delivering vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers. You'll also load/unload vehicles onto the hauler, complete customer paperwork, and maintain a clean driving record. You'll be the ambassador of our dynamic brand, representing arenaflex in dynamic ways and providing a memorable customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors with our custom car haulers * Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler, ensuring safe and secure transportation * Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system * Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with arenaflex's CMV Driver Qualification policy * Represent arenaflex in dynamic ways, providing a one-of-a-kind and seamless car-delivery experience to each and every customer * Frequently interact with customers, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service * Collaborate with the Market Operations team to deliver awesome customer experiences in your market * Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **Shift Requirements** * The hours for this position are from 11am - 9pm * We ask that team members be available to work 7 days a week * Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekend days **Compensation and Benefits** * Base compensation of $18 per hour * Opportunity to increase hourly compensation by $0.50 every 3 months based on performance * Competitive benefits that include medical, dental, vision, and matching 401k * Other cool perks programs, including: + Student loan payments + Discounts on vehicles + Benefits for your pet(s) + And much more! **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** * At least 2 years of customer-facing experience * Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather * Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours) * Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English * Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat * Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50lbs * Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity **Preferred Qualifications and Requirements** * Previous experience in the automotive industry * Notary public certification (or ability to obtain within the first 90 days of employment) * Chauffeur's license or state specialty license (for Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines **About arenaflex's Culture** At arenaflex, we're a brand that's passionate about delivering happiness to our customers.
