Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and tech-savviness will be essential in delivering top-notch support and services. **Key Responsibilities** • **Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. • **Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, billing, and policies**: You'll be the go-to expert for all things arenaflex, providing detailed information and resolving customer queries with ease. • **Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary**: You'll be the problem-solver, working closely with our internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure that every customer leaves satisfied. • **Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and systems**: You'll be the knowledge hub, staying up-to-date on the latest arenaflex products, promotions, and systems to provide accurate and helpful responses. • **Log and track customer interactions and feedback using CRM or ticketing tools**: You'll be the data expert, using our CRM and ticketing tools to track customer interactions and feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. • **Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate**: You'll be the performance driver, working towards meeting and exceeding our performance metrics to ensure that every customer receives exceptional support. • **Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and report recurring issues to supervisors**: You'll be the quality control expert, identifying areas for improvement and reporting recurring issues to our supervisors to ensure that we're always delivering the best possible experience. **Requirements** • **High school diploma or equivalent**: You'll need a solid educational foundation to excel in this role. • **Prior experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred**: While not essential, prior experience in customer service or live chat support will give you a head start in this role. • **Excellent written communication and typing skills (speed and accuracy)**: You'll need to be a master of written communication, with lightning-fast typing skills and a keen eye for detail. • **Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities**: You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, where no two interactions are the same.
