Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences and driving optimal performance for our clients. **Job Summary** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner. You will resolve customer issues with first-call resolution strategies, research and coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries, and accurately document customer interactions and claims in CRM systems.
