As a key member of our Help Desk Support team, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance. You'll work closely with our Help Desk technicians to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for technology and problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat * Open and submit customer requests into arenaflex's ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians * Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and update the customer accordingly * Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions * Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred * Previous experience in I.T.
