As a CSM, you'll represent the brand at the most critical moment in the customer journey, leading product implementation and owning the relationship thereafter. You'll be responsible for building deep, lasting relationships with our customers, helping them achieve their goals, and shaping the product to meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead product implementation, including setting up integrations, product configurations, and training customers on how to use our technology * Help sales teams win by getting new customers to success on their most important metrics quickly * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, communicating regularly through various channels (Slack, text, in-person, email, etc.) * Collaborate with marketing teams to bring new customers into our community and help them share their success stories * Help shape the product by deeply understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for growth * Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field * Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience with eCommerce or healthcare software is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related field * Experience working with voice AI technology or similar innovative solutions * Knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools * Certification in customer success or a related field (e.g., CSAT, NPS, etc.) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders * Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
