As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, and providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. **About the Role:** As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a champion for arenaflex customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all technical, product, and support questions on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with our clients to establish, implement, and run processes and projects that help deliver successful adoption of our API platform. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills, as you will be working with clients at all levels, from developers to executives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Engage with customers primarily through inbound requests, providing timely and effective support to address their technical, product, and support questions. * Support onboarding new customers by validating and identifying their needs, key project timelines, potential challenges, and risk factors. * Drive adoption and implementation of arenaflex API platform features by leading hands-on product demonstrations and technical workshop sessions. * Periodic review of arenaflex implementation through health checks, ensuring that our clients are getting the most out of our platform. * Understand, advocate, and document customer's use case, architecture, and roadmap, providing valuable insights to inform our product development and customer success strategies. * Work with customers to explore new use-cases and expand arenaflex API platform usage, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. * Build active and meaningful relationships with customers, emerging as their trusted technical advisor and partner. * Participate in renewal or expansion discussions when looped in by Sales or Renewal teams for technical input, ensuring that our clients continue to achieve their goals with arenaflex. * Effectively manage the tracking and resolution of customer escalations on behalf of product and services, providing timely and effective support to address any issues that may arise. * Manage customer accounts with arenaflex's customer maturity model framework, ensuring that our clients are getting the most out of our platform and achieving their goals. **What You'll Bring:** * 3-5 years of hands-on implementation experience with API gateway and/or API integrations in customer environments. * Excellent communication skills and an ability to concisely articulate complex technical issues and solutions. * Practical working knowledge of API's and microservices architectures. * Previous experience with Kubernetes and Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure). * Storytelling with data to articulate business value realized through arenaflex products. * Strong collaboration and teamwork with cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, marketing, support, etc.) to represent the voice of the customer. * Strong desire to tackle hard technical problems and proven ability to do so with little or no direct daily supervision. * Experience managing multiple projects at a time while focusing on attention to detail and deliver results across multiple initiatives such as driving expansion, customer satisfaction, feature adoption, and retention. **What We Offer:** * A dynamic and fast-paced work environment that is passionate about innovation and customer success. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with a focus on empowering our employees to achieve their full potential. * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and generous paid time off. * A collaborative and supportive team culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools, including our API platform and other innovative solutions. * Opportunities to work with a diverse range of clients and projects, from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a leading developer of cloud API technologies, on a mission to enable companies around the world to become "API-first" and securely accelerate AI adoption.
