Our Amsterdam office is a vibrant hub where we work with a talented team of arenaflexers (and plenty of happy office dogs!) to make a positive impact on our customers and the planet. **About the Role** We're seeking a French speaking Customer Support Team Member with excellent communication skills to join our Customer Love Team in the Netherlands and Belgium. As a key member of our team, you'll be the friendly face and voice of arenaflex for our customers, connecting with them via phone, email, live chat, and social media. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, solve a wide range of questions and requests with care and efficiency, and surprise our customers with thoughtful extras to make their experience unforgettable. **Your Daily Activities** As a Customer Support Team Member, you'll be responsible for: * Being the friendly face and voice of arenaflex for our customers in Belgium (specifically Wallonia) and the Netherlands * Connecting with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media * Solving a wide range of questions and requests with care and efficiency * Surprising our customers with thoughtful extras to make their experience unforgettable * Gathering feedback and sharing insights with the wider arenaflex team to help us improve * Supporting our culture of Customer Love and contributing to keeping our Trustpilot score at 4.8+ ⭐ **A Bit About You** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) * Strong preference for fluency in Dutch or Flemish * Ability to work 32-39 hours a week * Ability to work from our Amsterdam office a minimum of 1 day a week * Based in the Netherlands, with a valid work permit * Willingness and excitement to travel to other arenaflex markets every 3-6 months to join social events and workshops * Passion for solving problems and creating great customer experiences * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team * Attention to detail and organized in your work * Open to feedback and eager to learn * A love for dogs! **What We Offer** As an arenaflexer, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Gross annual salary: €33,500 including holiday allowance (based on full-time 39 hrs) * 25 vacation days + 1 additional day of anniversary leave per year of service * 5 extra 'paws' days per year (for wellbeing, learning or to add to your holidays) * €500 annual learning & development budget * Pension plan with ASR Doenpensioen (3% employer / 3% employee contribution) * Full travel reimbursement (NS Business Card or km allowance, up to €350/month) * Hybrid working – work from our office at least 1 day a week, feel free to work from home on the other days * Remote-First periods (August & Christmas) * Weekly free team lunches in our Amsterdam office * ClassPass discounted membership with employer contribution * Lease a Bike scheme * Extensive parental leave * Paid sabbaticals after 5 years * Volunteering time at dog shelters during working hours * Discount on arenaflex for your dog (or your friends'!) * Monthly socials, fun team activities & an office full of dogs (check out our Instagram for proof) * Join a B Corp and make an impact **Our Interview Process** Our interview process typically involves: 1.
