years of experience in customer service, benefits administration, or a related field * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find creative solutions * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all interactions and communications **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of success in a
