As a Ramp Agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of cargo and passengers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Safely handling baggage, cargo, and mail to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and minimizing delays * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related issues * Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion * Using baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to destinations * Providing exceptional customer service to passengers and airline staff * Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth airport operations * Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and procedures **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and overnights. You'll be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on operational needs and your seniority.
