You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and help them achieve their financial goals. This is a full-time, hourly position that offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on business needs and your availability. **What to Expect** As a new FCA, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. You will join a training cohort of associates and spend the first 14 weeks learning about the financial services industry, developing your skills, and gaining new experiences. You will start with basic customer calls and progress to more sophisticated calls related to our clients' 401(k) plans. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other digital channels * Assist clients with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about their 401(k) account balance and helping to make withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance * Provide education and resources to clients to help them make informed decisions about their financial futures * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and empathy * Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and provide support to colleagues as needed **The Skills You Bring** * Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication * Great listening skills, professionalism, and empathy toward others to support the challenges of our diverse clients * Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting basic technology issues or systems * Ability to handle a variety of situations and conversations driving towards a resolution suitable for all * Self-motivated teammate with strong social skills who brings energy and passion to the team * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience * High School diploma or GED required **The Value You Deliver** * A passion for helping people * Desire for continuous learning, applying new concepts, and using training and experience to assist with decision-making * Provide outstanding customer service and communication via voice or digital channels **Our Investments in You** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our associates' growth and well-being.
