We're proud to be a grower-owned company, with a deep connection to the land and a passion for making a positive impact on the world. **Job Summary** As our Commercial Customer Care Lead, you will play a critical role in driving high-quality customer care and supporting the order entry process, shipping and receiving, customer return coordination, contract review, and process audits. You will be responsible for leading a team of customer care professionals and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
