We are looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes. Why Caregivers Choose One You Love Homecare Competitive pay: $17–$20 per hour Flexible scheduling Assignments close to home whenever possible Consistent communication and support from our office team Respectful, family-oriented culture Ongoing training and development Meaningful one-on-one client relationships Responsibilities Assist with personal care, mobility, and transfers Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying) Prepare meals and assist with feeding Provide transportation and accompany client to appointments Follow care plan and report any changes in condition Qualifications Active CNA license or HHA certificate (preferred/required based on case) Experience in home care, senior care, or dementia care preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if providing client transport) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass Level 2 background screening through the FL Background Clearinghouse Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds Ability to assist with mobility and transfers Ability to stand, bend, kneel for extended periods Company Overview We provide compassionate, personalized non-medical care that helps seniors remain safe, independent, and respected in their own homes.
