As a Customer Service Advisor – Zero Carbon Living, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, while also promoting arenaflex's range of products and services that support home decarbonisation. **Role Overview** As a Customer Service Advisor – Zero Carbon Living, you will be responsible for providing consistently outstanding service to arenaflex's customers across the entire customer lifecycle. Your key outcomes will include: * Engaging with OVO's customers, communicating with passion across phone, email, and web chat contacts * Quickly understanding the root cause of customer contact, taking ownership for solving queries the first time to prevent repeat contact * Coaching your teammates in areas where you have a deeper level of knowledge or skill – this might be to help answer a customer query in the moment or to enhance the overall knowledge across the squad * Taking ownership of the success of the entire squad.
