If you're passionate about e-commerce and have a knack for data entry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As an E-commerce Product Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: • **Accurate Product Listing**: Accurately input product details into Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms, including product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and specifications. • **Quality Control**: Ensure that all product listings meet company standards and guidelines, guaranteeing accuracy and consistency. • **Regular Updates**: Perform regular updates and revisions to product listings, ensuring they remain current and relevant to our customers. • **Collaboration**: Work closely with the inventory and marketing teams to ensure product availability and accurate promotions. • **Research and Gathering**: Research and gather relevant information about products from manufacturers and suppliers to ensure accurate listings. • **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and report on product performance and suggest improvements as necessary. • **Data Management**: Manage and maintain spreadsheets for product data and other related documentation. • **Order Processing**: Assist with order processing and other data-related tasks as needed. **Required Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: • **E-commerce Experience**: Proven experience in e-commerce data entry or product listing (Amazon/Shopify preferred). • **Platform Familiarity**: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon and Shopify. • **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring accuracy. • **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills. • **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and other relevant software. • **Independence**: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • **Time Management**: Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. • **SEO Knowledge**: Basic understanding of SEO principles for product listings is a plus. **Experience** While not required, previous experience in e-commerce product data entry or a similar role is preferred.
