Our mission is to make our golfers better, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Chat Brand Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Being brand passionate – sharing your love and expertise for the game and arenaflex products * Using primarily arenaflex golf equipment to provide expert advice and recommendations * Communicating with customers at a professional level, providing exceptional customer service and support * Familiarity with the arenaflex website and related media/searches to provide accurate and up-to-date information * Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations * Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once and providing timely responses **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances * 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on arenaflex products * In-depth knowledge of current and past arenaflex products, including their features, benefits, and applications * Familiarity with similar products from other brands, allowing you to provide informed comparisons and recommendations * Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all arenaflex products, from enthusiasts to professionals * Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely **Technology Requirements** To perform this role, you'll need: * A desktop or laptop computer with a Chrome browser (tablet/mobile devices are not compatible) * A stable internet connection to ensure seamless communication with customers * Reliable sound output to provide a high-quality customer experience **Compensation and Perks** As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll enjoy: * Performance-based rewards redeemable for arenaflex products and/or gift cards * Chat interactions paid out weekly on an hourly basis of $15 * The flexibility to work remotely from anywhere you can connect to the internet **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
