We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration, and we are seeking talented individuals who share our vision to join our team. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Provider Support Advocate, you will be responsible for: * Serving as the advocate for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. * Providing exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals through multiple channels, including phone and concurrent chat. * Triaging contacts from healthcare professionals, including physician offices, clinics, and billing offices, to quickly and effectively address their needs. * Seeking to understand and identify the needs of the provider, answering questions, and resolving issues related to benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, clinical authorizations, explanation of benefits, and behavioral health. * Researching and dissecting complex prior authorization and claim issues, taking appropriate steps to resolve identified issues and prevent repeat calls/messages, escalations, and provider dissatisfaction. * Collaborating effectively with multiple internal partners to ensure issues are resolved and thoroughly communicated to providers in a timely manner. * Utilizing strong multi-tasking skills to navigate multiple systems, extract necessary information, and resolve issues across multiple lines of business, provider types, and call types. * Influencing providers to utilize self-service digital tools, assisting with navigation questions, and selling the benefits of the tool to aid in faster resolution. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. * Must be 18 years of age or older. * At least 1 year of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer concerns. * Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications. * The ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ WPM with an accuracy of 90%. * Availability to work a full-time (40 hours/week), 8-hour shift between the hours of 10:35 AM - 7:05 PM CST from Monday - Friday. **Nice-to-Haves** * Prior healthcare experience and knowledge of healthcare terminology. * Experience in a related environment, such as an office, call center, customer service, etc., using phones and computers as primary job tools. **Benefits** As an arenaflex team member, you will enjoy: * 12 weeks of paid training to ensure your success in the role. * Flexibility to work remotely from Florida, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and internal partners. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex issues. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. * Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ WPM with an accuracy of 90%. * Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to investing in our team members' growth and development.
