Overall Responsibilities: The Junior Recruiting Partner plays a strategic role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across clinical and administrative functions within Sunrise ABA. This role is a part time position that focuses on building proactive talent pipelines, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. Primary Functions Include: Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles including RBTs, and Behavior Technicians, Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role expectations and timelines Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams Execute recruiting priorities and requisitions as directed by Talent Acquisition leadership Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill roles Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives Build relationships with universities, training programs, and industry networks Proactively recruit for future staffing needs and growth initiatives Recruiting Strategy & Operations Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition to support and execute recruiting strategy aligned with organizational growth and staffing priorities Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring progress Support hiring initiatives for new markets, clinic launches, and high-volume hiring needs Collaboration & Partnership Work cross-functionally with clinical and operational leaders to support staffing needs Provide guidance and support to recruiting coordination resources with Talent Acquisition leadership Candidate Experience Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Communicate clearly with candidates regarding status, timelines, and next steps Promote Sunrise ABA’s mission, culture, and growth opportunities Qualifications: Skills/Abilities Have an understanding of the ABA field. Excellent communication skills - in person, by phone and in writing Excellent presentation skills, ability to lead training via webinars or in-person to large groups. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to multitasks efficiently Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient with Google Workspace or related software Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's ATS Pay Rate $25 — $30 USD
