About the role As a CBRE Client Care Senior Analyst, you will support the training and development department of employees and contractors and maintain the documentation and compliance. This is a fully remote role within the US. What you’ll do Will support backend administrative and record keeping with HR onboarding and training. Assist management with implementing process improvements. Provide ad hoc reporting to clients upon request. Review data and make recommendations. Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
