Objective As an Implementation Consultant , you will be responsible for providing overall support across all functional areas related to system architecture for finance, supply chain, and operations . Key Responsibilities / Functions ️ As an Implementation Consultant, you will carry out the following activities and responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end implementations Advise on industry best practices tailored to customer needs Master the SuiteSuccess methodology Document best practices, prepare training materials, and train users Ability to learn from previous projects and continuously improve Oversee and validate data migration plans, QA testing, and UAT strategy Participate in business process discovery, interacting with users, understanding their needs, identifying gaps versus current systems, proposing solutions, and developing both high-level and detailed process flows Technical Requirements ⚙️ Deep understanding of business processes NetSuite ERP certification Desired Skills and Qualifications Experience with NetSuite Strong communication skills Customer experience–focused mindset Leadership skills Virtual presentation skills Experience with the SuiteSuccess methodology Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred) Experience as an IT/business consultant Multicultural experience working with external logistics partners (3PL)
