Intake Coordinator - Bilingual Russian or Korean VillageCare 154 Christopher Street, New York, NY 10014 **MUST LIVE IN NJ/NY/CT** VillageCareMAX is looking for a motivated individual for this Full-Time role as the Intake Representative. This position is responsible for receiving external referrals, making screening calls with potential members and scheduling initial assessments with enrollment nurses. The Intake Representative will play an integral role in assisting and maintaining the Business Development Manager's relationships with all referral sources. Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and referral sources Answering client inquiries Promoting company products Verifies demographic information Verifies Medicaid and Medicare eligibility Data entry of referrals and inquiries Schedules nursing visits Provides support to external and internal referral sources Provides a detailed level of explanation for plan benefits Provides comparison between all lines of business and advises the potential member of what plan may be most beneficial to their needs Performs other job related duties as may be required or directed by supervisor We would like to speak to those who have 3+ years job related experience. Associate's degree required. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and problem solving will be vital to this position. Bilingual Russian or Korean skills required..
